Osamu Hasegawa(長谷川 修), a beat cop, is found shot to death near his police box. The Russian gun Tokarefu used to shoot Constable Hasegawa was found near his deceased body. No fingerprints were found on that gun although there was a piece of string attached to the gun's trigger. Who shot Constable Hasegawa and why?
