Aibou TV Season 2 Episode 6 - He Said "Kill Me"(殺してくれとアイツは言った)

Subtitle: He Said "Kill Me"(殺してくれとアイツは言った)

The famous author Eijin Sugawara(菅原 英人) declares that he is bored with life and asks the fans listening his radio interview to spice up his life by trying to kill him. When he receives a threatening letter along with a severed human finger, a concerned Superintendent Onoda dispatches a small army of policemen to guard the Sugawara residence. Eijin is unhappy about this and orders all of them except the Tokumeigakari pair to leave.

They are unfortunately unable to protect Tamae Sugarawa(菅原 珠江), Eijin's wife - a package labeled as perishables sent from her parents explodes when she opens it. The Tokumeigakari pair attempts to protect the widowed author, even as he continues to go outside, drinking without care in a cabaret. Can the Tokumeigakari protect the eccentric author? Who was behind the bombing - was it a deranged fan or was it someone else?

Other characters appearing/mentioned in the story

Kōken Onoda(小野田 公顕) - Superintendent Supervisor Onoda drops by to ask the Tokumeigakari pair to protect the Sugawara couple. He was in the same grade as Eijin and went out with Tamae back in college.

Eijin Sugawara(菅原 英人) - The famous author who declares that he is bored with life and asks the fans listening his radio interview to spice up his life by trying to kill him. He was Onoda's classmate who somehow ended up winning Tamae's heart over Onoda. He was a freelance writer until forty years old and tells this to Kenjirō as a way to encourage him. His latest work is The Redeemer of Blood(血の購い). One of his favorite phrases is "We have no idea what will happen tomorrow(明日は淵瀬 Asu Wa Fuchise)."

Tamae Sugarawa(菅原 珠江) - Eijin's wife. Eijin and Superintendent Onoda competed for her love years ago. She is killed when she opened a package supposedly sent from her parents containing perishables and it explodes.

Kenjirō Kuranuki(倉貫 健次郎) - Freelance writer and a fan of Eijin Sugawara. He drops by one of Sugawara's book-signing sessions. He makes a surprise appearance at the very end to (unknowingly) deliver poetic justice to the culprit.

Yasuo Takabayashi(高林 安夫) - Homeless junkie who escaped Superintendent Kakuta and his anti-organized crime division's drug raid that the Tokumeigakari pair also assisted. He was seen at Eijin's hideout and eventually found dead of drug overdose and missing two fingers

Carlos(カルロス) - The name of the chicken that went crazy after it was given drugs at the beginning of the episode. It attacked Superintendent Kakuta when he rushed into the building.
