Part 2 of the story in Hokkaido. Who is Kudō Isao(工藤 伊佐夫) and why is he hanging around the Motomiya family? When Sayuki disappears, the Tokumeigakari races to find her kidnapper before he completes his revenge by taking her life.
Eiichi Wakasugi(若杉 栄一) continues to drive the Tokumeigakari pair around the area.

Sayuki Motomiya(本宮 沙雪) - The girl Sergeant Kaoru caught prostituting, now working at her mother's restaurant, Midori.
Midori Motomiya(本宮 みどり) - Sayuki's mother who opened a restaurant called Midori(みどり) back in Otaru two years ago.
Tsuneo Motomiya(本宮恒夫) - Sayuki's father who murdered President Tsumura and his older son. He was executed three year ago.
Shinji Oki(沖 真二) - Sayuki's college friend who transferred from Teinan University(帝南大学) to the local college.
Isao Kudō(工藤 伊佐夫) - The mysterious man who has been hanging around the area.
Kōken Onoda(小野田 公顕) - Inspector Ukyō asks the Superintendent supervior's help to find out Isao Kudō(工藤 伊佐夫)'s identity. The Superintendent Supervisor asks Inspector Ukyō to bring back hairy crab(毛ガニ) from Hokkaidō
